Hi! My name is YogaShikhar Marella, and I am a senior in High School. My favorite subjects in school are math and science, and I want to major in Computer engineering in College. I like playing percussion instruments, listening to music, drawing, and playing sports. My favorite sport is soccer, but I also like to watch basketball. I do yoga as it keeps me physically and mentally healthy and I also became a certified yoga teacher. I have fun interacting with kids and sharing any skills that I have with them. I love doing volunteering activities so I do tutoring and donate whatever money I receive to charities. I really enjoy helping people and want to make a positive impact on my community in whatever way I can
Shaurya Madiraju

Hi! My name is Shaurya Madiraju. I’m a high school student and I love teaching. I play drums, a little bit of guitar, and really enjoy listening to music. I am also a Yoga state champion, India and love to teach young kids to work with both their body and mind. In school, I enjoy learning about history and math, and am taking precalculus and calculus for my math course. In my free time, I like to watch movies and play sports. Soccer is my favorite sport to both play and watch, but recently I’ve started watching MMA. I’ve taken a few college courses in a community college near me, and I have studied basic business, business law, and basic programming. I believe that knowledge is the most powerful tool, and I hope to spread some of my knowledge through Matruka.

Hey! My name is Siddharth, and I’m a high school senior and a homeschooler in Hyderabad, India. I love the smile of success or the sweet dreams that I have after helping the society in some way, and that’s why I’m a part of Matruka. I really love Economics and Math, although I enjoy all subjects. I’m very passionate about music, especially drums, which I’ve been doing for 8 years now, and I usually listen to soft rock. I also learn the keyboard and an Indian instrument called Mridangam. I’m also very into sports, I love cricket and international football, and I’ve been playing badminton since I was very young. I am so grateful to be a part of this foundation and I can’t wait to get out there and start giving back.

Hello! My name is Sanvi Goutama, and I am a Sophomore from Los Angeles, California.I love to pursue my career in Medicine and I enjoy reading and listening to music in my free time. I started tutoring Spanish during my summer holidays and I would like to continue the same through Matruka, as I was inspired by the great work done by the Founder and friends of this organization. If someone asks me why I would like to tutor, I would say, “Do it! It’s fun, it’s important, and it’s rewarding”. I love reminding children that education and growth are exciting and fun. Seeing a shift in attitude and perspective towards education is the greatest and most rewarding gift.As a Recruitment officer at Matruka, I’ve always enjoyed helping others find their passion.
