Matruka is a youth-led organization founded by three passionate and energetic high school students with a shared vision: to bring together young volunteers who are enthusiastic about teaching and create a platform for meaningful educational outreach.The idea for Matruka was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when the power of online learning became more evident than ever. What began as an initiative to teach music, yoga, and languages soon expanded into academic subjects, driven by the interest of students and the enthusiasm of our growing volunteer community.

Today, Matruka connects young, dedicated volunteers from around the world who are eager to share their knowledge and make a difference. Whether you're an experienced tutor or just beginning your teaching journey, Matruka welcomes you to join our vibrant and supportive network. We are humbled by the overwhelming positive response from both students and their families. Our online teaching efforts have not only enhanced learning outcomes but also created lasting connections across borders. In addition to our educational programs, we have proudly collaborated with several charitable organizations, supporting their causes and contributing to various community projects.

Although Matruka has been active since May 2020, we have recently launched our official website to broaden our reach and deepen our impact. While we are not yet a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are in the process of pursuing fiscal sponsorship. For now, our focus remains on building a strong foundation and continuing to deliver quality educational experiences to the students we serve.
